Travel is based on your location and will include your county, and potentially neighboring counties, up to a maximum of 2 hours' travel time. 

Days/Hours: Full time, 40 hours weekly.

Salary: $26 to $28.25 / hour, depending on benefits elected

About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will conduct diagnostic assessments and provide individual therapy using structured, evidence-based treatment approaches.  The practice focuses on helping patients develop meaningful coping skills and achieve measurable progress through intentional, goal-oriented care.  While long-term treatment is available when clinically appropriate, this is not open-ended, exploratory therapy.  The clinical approach is structured, purposeful, and focused on skill development to help patients manage the challenges associated with chronic health conditions.

This position is available on a part-time or full-time basis.  Clinicians interested in a full-time schedule should expect a 3-6 month ramp-up period while building a full caseload.  The practice offers a hybrid model with a combination of in-office and virtual sessions (fully remote considered for part-time employees), consistent supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
