Med-Scribe, Inc. is seeking experienced LPNs to join the float team supporting primary care offices within one of Rochester’s leading teaching hospitals. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the chance to grow their skills in multiple clinical settings.

As a float nurse, no two days are the same. You’ll work with diverse patient populations, gain exposure to a wide range of medical conditions, and focus on delivering quality patient care in supportive outpatient environments.

Completion Bonus – $1,000 Total. Full-Time employee only

Employees who remain in good standing are eligible for $500 bonuses offered after 6 months and one year.

Available Positions:

Full-Time

• Monday – Friday
• 40 hours guaranteed
• Scheduled between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Part-Time

• Monday – Friday
• 24–32 hours per week with set schedule
• Scheduled between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits

• $30.00 – $35.00/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care for all age groups
• Collaborate with RNs to administer prescribed medications
• Prepare and administer injections
• Document accurately using EMR systems
• Educate patients regarding treatments and care plans

• Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• New graduate LPNs may be considered with prior experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or Ambulatory Technician
• Minimum six months of outpatient or ambulatory care experience preferred
• Current CPR certification required
• Reliable transportation and adaptability to changing assignments required
