We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join a daytime pediatric respite program serving infants through preschool-aged children with special and complex medical needs.  This Direct Hire role offers consistent weekday hours, an outstanding benefits package, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a small, supportive setting.

This program supports medically fragile children in three age-specific classrooms (Infant, Toddler, Preschool).  As part of a collaborative care team, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while supporting each child’s health, development, and individualized care goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care including medication administration, tube feedings, and health assessments
- Monitor children’s medical status and respond appropriately to changes
- Contribute to individualized care planning using a coordinated, team-based approach
- Collaborate with caregivers, therapists, and program staff
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, child-centered environment

Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 7:45AM–4:15PM
- No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call

Compensation & Benefits:
- $34.00–$40.00/hour
- Choice of HDHP or hybrid medical plan (employer covers ~85–90% of premiums)

- Current New York State RN license
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred (acute care, school nursing, pediatrics, etc.)
- Experience with tube feedings required; trach experience helpful but not mandatory
- Strong clinical skills and a genuine interest in working with young children
