A busy outpatient specialty practice in Yonkers, NY is seeking a part-time Medical Scribe to support a provider with real-time documentation during patient visits.  This is a newly created role offering valuable hands-on clinical experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting where your work will have a direct impact on patient care and provider efficiency.  If you’re looking to build meaningful clinical exposure and sharpen your skills alongside an experienced physician, this is a fantastic opportunity to do so!

Schedule & Pay:
- Approximately 3 Mondays per month, 9AM-2PM
- Thursdays, 9AM-2PM
- $21-24/hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Document patient encounters in real-time during consults and follow-up visits
- Accurately input medical histories, physical exams, and provider notes into the EMR
- Assist with chart preparation and ensure documentation is complete and timely
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

- Prior medical scribe experience or strong exposure to a clinical setting preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology required (assessment will be administered)
- Strong computer and data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and keep up with provider workflow
- Reliable and able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule
