Key Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and check in patients; verify insurance and demographics
• Schedule appointments, answer phones, and relay messages
• Prepare daily charts and process medical records
• Register and check out patients, including collecting copays
• Handle prescription refills, lab requisitions, and ultrasound scheduling
• Escort patients to exam rooms and take vitals, weight, and medical histories
• Assist providers during exams and procedures
• Maintain clean, stocked exam and waiting areas
• Support general office operations and follow safety protocols

Location: 14620 area of Rochester, NY

Pay & Benefits: $19–22.50/hour, based on experience. Includes a comprehensive benefits package:

• Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (first 60 days)
• Regular: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• OB/GYN experience and familiarity with Medent software are preferred
• New grads in Medical Assisting are encouraged to apply
