Med-Scribe, Inc. is partnering with a rapidly growing behavioral health practice to hire a compassionate, motivated Mental Health Clinician (LMSW).  This team delivers specialized, evidence-based care for individuals managing chronic pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, and related concerns, offering a warm, interdisciplinary environment with excellent training and strong support for professional growth.

This role may be structured as full-time salaried or part-time hourly.  The practice has had particular success onboarding clinicians part-time and allowing them to gradually increase hours as they gain comfort working with this patient population.  Candidates seeking 1-2 days per week, or those maintaining other employment, are welcome to apply.

About the Role
As a Mental Health Clinician, you’ll provide diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, and group programming using evidence-based approaches.  You’ll work both virtually and in person, enjoy consistent supervision, and be part of a team that values curiosity, cultural humility, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Do

• Complete diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy using modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed practices
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in weekly meetings
• Refer and triage patients as needed
• Maintain direct service expectations:
• Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM, ideally with 1 evening/week, Tuesday until 7PM OR Thursday until 6PM, totaling 40 hours/week, approx. 30 clinical hours/week
• Part-time: 12-24 hours/week, flexible scheduling

Full-Time (Salaried):

• $68,000-$75,000 DOE
