Med-Scribe is partnering with a well-established OB/GYN practice seeking a friendly, organized and dependable Medical Secretary to support both patients and providers in a busy women’s health office. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of patient interaction, scheduling and administrative support in a professional but welcoming environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet patients and create a positive first impression
• Check patients in and out
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Answer phones and assist with patient questions
• Support physicians and office staff with administrative tasks
• Help keep daily office operations running smoothly

Schedule

Monday through Friday — no evenings, weekends or holidays.
7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay & Benefits

$19.00 – $22.50/hour depending on experience

• Previous medical office or medical secretary experience preferred
