Med-Scribe is seeking an Insurance Customer Support Representative to support Medicare customers during the 2025 open enrollment period. These full-time, contract roles offer the opportunity to work directly with walk-in customers—no cold calls, no commissions, just meaningful work helping individuals navigate important plan changes.

We are hiring for:

• 3 agents at an established branch on the Westside of Rochester
• 3–4 agents at a brand-new pop-up location on the Eastside of Rochester
  Pick the location that works best for you!

Contract Duration: August 2025 – February 2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Pay: 

• With NYS Life, Accident & Health License: $19.50/hr
• Without License: $18.75-$19.00/hr

Training: Begins virtually in August; on-site work starts in September

What You’ll Do:

• Assist walk-in customers with reviewing and understanding Direct Pay and Medicare plan changes
• Guide them through the full enrollment process
• Deliver informed, customer-centered service in a high-volume setting
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and sales regulations

• NYS Life, Accident & Health License highly preferred
• Experience with Medicare products
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service and/or sales experience
• Exchange certification is a plus, but not required
