Med-Scribe, Inc is a staffing agency that has been recruiting top talent within the healthcare industry for over 35 years! We are a small, local company, dedicated to matching candidates to the right opportunities!

Med-Scribe is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual for a remote position with a growing multinational firm. This is currently a longer-term temporary assignment. This is an ideal opportunity to pivot your customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries.
  • Assist customers with questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience.
  • Accurately document call content in real-time.

Schedule:

  • Work Hours: Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 7 PM
  • Training: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
  • Note: Rotating weekends & holidays, as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Pay: $17.75/hr
  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available!

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), accurate data entry (minimum 30 WPM).
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential.
