Job Description

We’re partnering with a successful non-profit organization to recruit an Executive Assistant to support a dynamic, fast-paced office! In this temp-to-hire role, you’ll provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Office Manager and Executive Director, while also offering clerical assistance to other members of the Executive Management Team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and secretarial support for the Executive Team
  • Assist with maintaining agency records, including board and committee meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and prepare board correspondence, meeting notices, and related communications
  • Support agency events and fundraising activities
  • Provide clerical backup for executive staff as needed

Details:

  • Pay: $24/hour
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, flexible daytime hours between 8 AM – 5 PM
  • Benefits upon hire: medical, dental, vision, life, FSA, PTO and more!

Job Requirements

  • Valid NYS driver’s license required
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Administrative, clerical, or office management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
