Are you the kind of person who makes people feel welcome the moment they walk in the door?  We’re looking for a Medical Receptionist to be the friendly face and organized presence at the front desk of a busy healthcare practice in Hornell, NY.  You’ll work side-by-side with a supportive team and four dedicated providers, helping patients feel comfortable while keeping the office running smoothly.  This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, any 8-hour shift between 7AM-5PM.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in patients, making sure records and insurance information are accurate
• Schedule and confirm appointments, both in person and by phone
• Collect and process patient payments with professionalism and care
• Answer calls, route messages, and support patients with their questions
• Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and welcoming
