We are recruiting a Medical Scribe to support a provider in a busy outpatient mental health practice. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys clinical settings, moves quickly, and takes pride in accurate, polished documentation.

What You’ll Do

• Document patient visits in the EMR in real time
• Record histories, exams, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, and follow-up plans
• Transcribe physician dictation and assist with referrals and correspondence
• Review charts for accuracy and completeness
• Support quality reporting and patient follow-up tracking
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Details:

• $20/hr
• Temp-to-Hire
• Hours: Mon & Thurs: 5-8PM, Tues: 9 AM - 1:00 PM, Fri: 9 AM - 4 PM
• Locations: You will be working in both Rochester and Farmington offices.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior medical scribe or transcription experience preferred
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems
• Strong typing skills with solid grammar and attention to detail
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced outpatient setting
