We have partnered with a respected not-for-profit organization to recruit a Payroll Clerk for a dynamic, fast-paced office environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately processing payroll while providing valuable support to the Human Resources team!

This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Process and verify payroll data, including time records, deductions, benefits, and payroll adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Maintain confidential employee payroll records, documentation, databases, and distribute payroll reports to appropriate personnel.
• Assist with benefits administration, including reconciling benefit billing statements and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, organizational policies, and confidentiality standards while meeting strict processing deadlines.
• Provide administrative support to Human Resources, employees, vendors, and external agencies while handling additional assigned responsibilities.

Location: Clifton Springs, NY

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM

Pay: $26/hour

• Associates degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of one year of payroll, bookkeeping, human resources, or administrative experience required
• Experience with payroll systems and Microsoft Office preferred
• Valid NYS Driver’s License required
