Job Description

We have teamed up with an amazing non-profit organization that provides support for individuals facing various mental health challenges, serving Ontario and the surrounding counties. This Recruiter role is a full-time, temp to hire position. We are seeking a community-minded individual who thrives in multitasking, excels in problem solving, and stays composed and solution oriented in a fast- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Collaborates with department leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Sources, screens, and connects qualified candidates with hiring managers
Verifies candidates’ references, credentials, and backgrounds
Guides candidates through the interview and hiring process
Coordinates and attends job fairs and recruitment events
Follow up post-interview to gather feedback and support placement decisions
Ensures compliance with EEO and employment regulations

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Salary: $27/hr accompanied by a comprehensive benefit package that includes: health, dental, PTO and vision insurance. Once permanently hired, additional benefits include life insurance, retirement plans and education stipend!

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, not required
At least 1-2 years of Human Resources or related experience required
NYS Driver's License is required
SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus, but not required
