We have teamed up with an amazing non-profit organization that provides support for individuals facing various mental health challenges, serving Ontario and the surrounding counties. This Recruiter role is a full-time, temp to hire position. We are seeking a community-minded individual who thrives in multitasking, excels in problem solving, and stays composed and solution oriented in a fast- paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:  

• Collaborates with department leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Sources, screens, and connects qualified candidates with hiring managers
• Verifies candidates’ references, credentials, and backgrounds
• Guides candidates through the interview and hiring process
• Coordinates and attends job fairs and recruitment events
• Follow up post-interview to gather feedback and support placement decisions
• Ensures compliance with EEO and employment regulations

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM

Salary: $27/hr accompanied by a comprehensive benefit package that includes: health, dental, PTO and vision insurance. Once permanently hired, additional benefits include life insurance, retirement plans and education stipend!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, not required
• At least 1-2 years of Human Resources or related experience required
• NYS Driver's License is required
• SHRM's Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus, but not required
