Job Description

Looking to put your customer service skills to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment? We’re hiring for two openings supporting a busy health insurance call center team, perfect for someone who thrives on staying organized, enjoys helping others, and is comfortable on the phone.  These are temporary roles requiring a commitment through the end of September, with the potential to extend or convert to a permanent opportunity!


What you’ll do:

  • Answer inbound calls (20-30/day) and schedule/reschedule appointments
  • Assist members and direct calls appropriately
  • Make occasional outbound calls for updates
  • Use Salesforce and Outlook to manage scheduling


Schedule & setup:

  • $19.50/hour
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
  • 1.5 weeks of training (in-office preferred)
  • Remote, but must be local to Albany/Latham area for on-site needs

Job Requirements

  • Customer service or call center experience required
  • Health insurance experience a plus
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • HS Diploma/GED required
