Med-Scribe is seeking a dedicated, customer-focused individual for a remote position with a growing multinational firm. This is a temp to hire position. It is the expectation you are hired on permanently after a 3-6 month time frame. This is an ideal opportunity to pivot your customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries.
• Assist customers with questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience.
• Accurately document call content in real-time.

Schedule:

• Work Hours: Tuesday – Saturday: 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST  
• Training: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM / 9 AM – 5:30 PM EST (approximately the first 2 weeks)
• Note: Rotating holidays, as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay: $17.75/hr
• Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), accurate data entry (minimum 30 WPM).
• Experience: Previous customer service experience
