Med-Scribe, Inc. is partnering with multiple school districts across the Greater Rochester area to hire experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem school-based opportunities for the 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 school years.  These roles offer a great opportunity for nurses seeking daytime hours, flexibility, and the ability to make a meaningful impact supporting student health in an educational setting.

Schedule: Daytime, Monday-Friday; no evenings, weekends, or holidays
We're seeking candidates that have at least 1 day of availability per week, M-F!

Location: Multiple school sites throughout the Greater Rochester area

Pay Rate: $30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care and assessment to students throughout the school day
• Administer medications and manage chronic and acute health conditions
• Deliver 1:1 student support when needed
• Respond to health concerns and triage as appropriate
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with health plans

• Valid NYS RN license (required)
• Prior pediatric, school nursing, or community health experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
