Med-Scribe is seeking a Temporary Physical Therapist to support a highly collaborative, mission-driven pediatric program serving children ages 3-5.  This role offers the opportunity to step into a well-supported environment where providers work side-by-side to make a meaningful impact on young children and their families.

Coverage Needed:
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday)
- September 8 through most of October (temporary maternity leave coverage)
- 8-hour workday with a 30-minute lunch built into the schedule. Typical hours include:
        - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
        - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
        - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

You'll be working within a unique, integrated care setting where multiple service providers come together under one roof, creating a seamless, supportive experience for families.  This "one-stop" model allows for strong collaboration, easy access to resources, and a truly team-oriented approach to care.  Programs in this setting focus on building critical early skills including social development, sensory regulation, readiness skills, and overall functional mobility.  In addition to classroom-based services, families benefit from wraparound support, caregiver education, and community-based programming, all designed to create lasting impact beyond the therapy session.

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to preschool-aged children (ages 3-5)
- Support developmental and functional goals in a structured educational setting
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation

- Licensed Physical Therapist (NY State)
- Pediatric experience preferred
